Welcome staff will be waiting for customers at the arrivals gate in accordance to the flight's arrival time holding the nameplate with customer's name written on it.

International Arrivals Exit 2F,

Domestic Arrivals Exits 1 to 5

You can meet our welcome staff at the arrival exit. Approximately 30 minutes for domestic arrivals and 60 minutes for international arrivals (depending on immigration congestion).

When meeting with a customer who wishes to eat, shop, etc. before getting into the car

Customer specified pick-up time: the meeting place will be the easiest location for boarding the car.

・In front of the information desk at the 2nd floor arrival lobby of the international terminal

・In front of information desk near exit 3 of the domestic flight arrivals

・In front of exit 4

At the specified meeting time our welcome staff or driver will come to pick the customers up.

If a customer cannot be accepted after more than 30 minutes at the domestic exit/ more than 60 minutes at the international exit, the staff will leave the area.

Agents staff determine no-show ( when the baggage claim area is unoccupied).

Please note that this will result in a no-show cancellation

Please note that the waiting time from arrival to departure is ※limited.
