You can meet our welcome staff at the arrival exit. Approximately 30 minutes for domestic arrivals and 60 minutes for international arrivals (depending on immigration congestion).

At the specified meeting time our welcome staff or driver will come to pick the customers up.

If a customer cannot be accepted after more than 30 minutes at the domestic exit/ more than 60 minutes at the international exit, the staff will leave the area.
Agents staff determine no-show ( when the baggage claim area is unoccupied).
