Hotel/Condomium
Driver is waiting at the hotel/condo lobby 5-10 minutes before the departure time.
We may notify you through the front desk.
Please be punctual as waiting fee is charged for keeping the vehicle standing by for more than 15 minutes.
Chalet/Lodge
Driver will stop in front of the chalet/lodge 5-10 minutes before the departure time and wait for the customer.
You may be notified by a doorbell.

If customer does not show in 30 minutes or more, the transfer is canceled on the day and withdrawn. Please understand that all vehicles have numerous scheduled runs during the day.
